The Caveau de la Huchette is the oldest Parisian "temple du jazz" still in existence. The incomparable AMBIANCE of these medeval rooms, once the headquarters of Robespierre's Reign of Terror during the French Revolution, and since 1945 the home of millions of swing dancers and thousands of jazz sessions, makes it a truly renewable resource, and a delightful discovery for youth of all ages. THE JOY OF DANCING is the thing here, and with our Trio will be playing for a full and fully swinging dancefloor.
It's such a joy to play honest blues and jazz in these flowing improvs; that's really where it's at for me !!!!

The Ocean House - Watch Hill, Rhode Island, USA
The Al Copley Big Band will be on the beach for "The Beach Ball" (a gala opening lobster bake) at the wonderful and glorious Ocean House. We closed the porch in 2005 and we'll be back right from the start !
The Band will consist of Al Copley (piano, vocals and arrangements), Scott Aruda (trumpet), Jimmy "B" Biggins (tenor and alto saxes), Dan Moretti (tenor sax), Jeff Galindo (trombone), Arno Hecht (baritone sax), Lou Bocciarelli (upright bass), Steve "Big Swing" Peck (drums), with Special Guest Bobby Radcliff (smoker's guitar) and Preston Hubbard (upright and electric basses).
